Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services provided by TOLENTINO CARLOTTA LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company located at 241 S Kenwood St, Casper, WY 82601. Our services are billed as one-time project fees or hourly fees; we do not offer memberships, subscriptions, or recurring billing, so there is nothing to "unsubscribe" from.

2. Hourly Services (Executive Assistant Support and Business Consulting)

• You may cancel an hourly engagement at any time by notifying us in writing at hello@tolentinoservices.com.
• Scheduled work sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
• You are billed only for time actually worked up to the cancellation time. Time already worked is not refundable, as the service has been delivered.

3. One-Time Project Fees (Document Organization)

• If you cancel before work has begun, the project fee is fully refundable.
• If you cancel after work has begun but before completion, we refund the portion of the fee that exceeds the value of work already performed, calculated pro rata based on project progress.
• Once a project has been completed and delivered, the fee is earned in full and is not refundable.

4. Service Concerns

If you believe delivered work does not match the approved scope of work, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@tolentinoservices.com. We will review the concern and, where the work falls short of the agreed scope, correct it at no additional charge or issue a reasonable partial refund.

5. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

Email hello@tolentinoservices.com or call (270) 935-4918 with your name, business name, the service in question, and the reason for your request. We respond within one business day.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted on this page with the most recent "Last updated" date applies to new engagements.
